End-User License Agreement
Last updated: August 11, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or connecting a QuickBooks Online company to QBO Client Hub ("the Service"), you agree to this End-User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. License
ProfitMax Group grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your firm's internal bookkeeping work. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or copy the Service except as permitted by law.
3. Platform and infrastructure
The Service is built and hosted on Lovable, a full-stack web application platform. Lovable provides the hosting infrastructure, database, authentication, and deployment services used to operate the Service. Lovable is a third-party infrastructure provider and is not responsible for the accounting actions you perform through the Service. Your data is stored in the Service's own database and is isolated by firm.
4. Your accounts and authority
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You represent that you have authorization from each client whose QuickBooks Online company you connect, and that you may create, modify, and read accounting records in those companies.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading accounting activity.
- Do not attempt to access data belonging to another firm.
- Do not interfere with, overload, or probe the Service or Intuit's APIs.
6. Intuit services
The Service uses the QuickBooks Online API. Your use of QuickBooks remains governed by your agreement with Intuit. The Service is not endorsed by or affiliated with Intuit Inc.
7. Accuracy and review
The Service may use automated matching to suggest customers, vendors, and payment accounts. You are responsible for reviewing all transactions before and after they are posted to QuickBooks. The Service is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice.
8. Privacy
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfitMax Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from inaccurate accounting entries, service interruption, or third-party API changes.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your QuickBooks companies at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of this agreement. On termination, stored QuickBooks tokens are deleted.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this agreement; continued use after an update means acceptance. Questions? Email support@profitmaxgroup.com.
