Who we are

QBO Client Hub ("the Service") is a tool for bookkeeping firms to manage multiple QuickBooks Online (QBO) company files from one place. The Service is operated by ProfitMax Group. The application was built and is hosted on Lovable, a full-stack web application platform that provides the frontend framework, hosting infrastructure, database, authentication, and deployment pipeline.

Hosting and infrastructure

The Service runs on Lovable's managed platform and uses Lovable Cloud for its database, authentication, and storage. QuickBooks OAuth tokens, company data, and user account information are stored in the Service's own database and are isolated by firm. Lovable does not access or share this data; it provides the infrastructure on which the Service operates.

Information we collect

• Account information. The email address and name you use to sign in, and the firm you belong to.
• QuickBooks authorization data. When you connect a QuickBooks company, Intuit issues us OAuth access and refresh tokens plus the company realm ID and company name. We store these so the Service can act on your behalf.
• QuickBooks accounting data. We request customers, vendors, accounts, invoices, expenses, and reports only as needed to complete an action you initiate. We do not create a separate copy of your books.
• Files you upload. Spreadsheets you import are processed to create expense transactions and are not retained after processing.

How we use information

We use your information solely to provide the Service: authenticating you, connecting and maintaining your QuickBooks connections, and performing the accounting actions you request (creating invoices and expenses, running Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports, and listing connected clients). We do not sell your data, and we do not use your QuickBooks data for advertising.

AI processing

To match names in imported spreadsheets to existing QuickBooks customers, vendors, and payment accounts, the Service may send those name lists to an AI provider. Only names needed for matching are sent. This data is not used to train third-party models.

Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers required to run the Service (hosting, database, authentication, and AI matching) and with Intuit when carrying out your requests. We may disclose information if required by law.

Security and retention

Data is stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security so that each firm can only reach its own records. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Tokens are retained until you disconnect the company or delete your account, after which they are deleted and access is revoked.

Your choices

You can disconnect any QuickBooks company at any time from your dashboard, which removes the stored tokens. You may also request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
